What is ONDC?

ONDC is not a simple concept to understand. Yet, it is also something very intuitive to grasp when viewed from the lens of protocols around us like the internet. 

ONDC is a protocol like the internet but in many ways more complex since it is also a Digital Public Infrastructure that anyone and everyone can access and contribute to. Just as the internet allows any two nodes on the world wide web to connect through a common language of code, ONDC allows any buyer and seller to connect through a common language of commerce.
